Technology-services company IM Digital has outlined a business-automation model combining workflow mapping, custom software, customer-relationship systems and artificial-intelligence agents.
The company argues that repetitive tasks such as ticket handling, invoice follow-up, lead sorting and manual data transfer can create operational bottlenecks as businesses grow.
Its proposed sequence begins with identifying high-volume repetitive work, automating stable processes, connecting those workflows to a CRM and introducing AI agents only after reliable data and process controls are in place.

IM Digital says purpose-built software may become necessary when generic tools cannot support a company’s specific data, workflow or customer requirements.
