Brigade Enterprises has launched Brigade Barcelona, a premium residential project on a 4.04-acre site in the Neopolis corridor of Kokapet in western Hyderabad.
The high-rise development is planned as a ground-plus-52-storey tower with more than 650 three- and four-bedroom homes. The developer estimates potential sales revenue above Rs 2,700 crore.
Brigade has earmarked around Rs 5,000 crore over the next three to four years for growth across Hyderabad’s residential, commercial and retail segments. It reported first-quarter consolidated net profit of Rs 216.94 crore and pre-sales of Rs 1,061 crore, with a 2026-27 pre-sales target of Rs 9,000 crore.

Neopolis and Kokapet have attracted branded developers because of their links to employment centres and continuing infrastructure development, but the concentration of premium projects may intensify competition for high-income buyers.
The revenue and demand figures are company projections. Delivery will depend on regulatory approvals, construction progress, pricing, booking momentum, financing, infrastructure completion and absorption of premium inventory in a market with elevated land values.
