MetaGO has opened its first physical metabolic-health clinic in Andheri, extending its online weight-management programme to in-person consultations in Mumbai.
The company says its model combines medical history, diagnostic assessment of more than 35 health markers, physician consultation, nutrition and health coaching, periodic tests and continuing follow-up. Medication may be prescribed when a doctor considers it clinically appropriate.
Its published programme refers to prescription therapies including semaglutide and tirzepatide, alongside monthly doctor consultations, weekly coaching, quarterly home diagnostics and digital support. Such medicines require medical evaluation and monitoring and are not suitable for unsupervised use.
MetaGO lists Kunal Kapoor, Varun Sheth and Zaheer Adenwala as founders and names a multidisciplinary clinical team. The Andheri clinic operates seven days a week, while remote consultations and support remain available outside Mumbai.
The account is company-supplied and does not provide independent outcome, safety, pricing or discontinuation data. Patients should verify clinician credentials, approved indications, contraindications, adverse-effect monitoring, medicine sourcing, total cost and the long-term maintenance plan before enrolling.
