Cybersecurity company OPSWAT has opened its first India office and Critical Infrastructure Protection laboratory in Bengaluru, offering simulated attack scenarios across information-technology and operational-technology environments.
The facility is intended to provide local engineering and sales support, demonstrations, executive briefings, workshops and a collaboration hub for customers, channel partners and system integrators.
According to the company, visitors will be able to test defensive arrangements against representative cyber scenarios affecting IT and industrial systems. The office began operations with an opening event held on August 19.
Bengaluru’s concentration of technology, biotechnology, aerospace, food-processing and other industries creates demand for security capabilities that bridge corporate networks and operational systems.
